Most common questions regarding the PromaxBDA Student Promo Challenge:

QUESTION: IMAGE: In the directions you state " Here's the catch: you
cannot place yourself in the actual video."So, If designers want to use a
hand moving a mouse around on a computer or typing on a keyboard or
writing in a journal or drawing in a sketchbook, then that hand needs to
be someone elses hand? They can use someone elses' hand as long as it's
not theirs. Correct?
ANSWER: yes, correct.

QUESTION: MUSIC: They should all have permission to use any music or
it can be original music. If it is purchase how and when do they provide
that to Promax?
ANSWER:
upon entry submission they can email miracle@promaxbda.org regarding
music. This competition is not being aired on TV, so we don't have to
worry about the music this time.
3.QUESTION:
DESIGNERS LOGO: Designers wish to put either their names or their logos
at the beginning or at the end. Is that advisable?
Can they put a website there as well or do you want to keep it anonymous?
ANSWER: website and or written name is fine. If their logo is their face, not fine.
4.QUESTION:
VAGUENESS: Thanks for answering many of the questions already but it
appears the instructions are particularly vague so that the designers
can work their way around them creatively. Or at least that is the
perception of what the instructions are saying without saying it
specifically.
ANSWER:
We know the instructions are vague, but that's the fun part about this
challenge. There is no right or wrong here, just interpretation of the
challenge.
